When it comes to quality, we search for and use only the finest rubber-bond, adhesives and phosphate coatings, paints and dyes. We apply them under carefully controlled conditions and closely monitor the results to ensure your requirements are met.
Universal Coating’s technical staff maintains consistent process controls and testing procedures. They are trained in Statistical Process Control methods and perform regularly scheduled chemistry tests to ensure the coating baths remain within strict specified limits.
Using accepted Statistical Quality Control procedures, our lab technicians also perform a pre-selected series of tests on work-in-progress to confirm that our surface preparation satisfies your needs.
During the coating process, we monitor and measure the characteristics of your product to verify that your requirements have been met.
